Lynda has been practicing Yoglates since 2005. With her extensive background in the teaching of Pilates in both Oklahoma and Louisiana, Lynda brings a unique perspective to her classes. Her commitment to physical fitness has been a life long endeavor. She gives her best to her students and hopes they embrace the confidence that comes from a strong healthy body. As an avid runner with a passion for dance, Lynda promotes the benefits of the practice of Yoglates....the focus on breath, balance, flexibility and strength training.

As the mother of five, she needs a workout that she can depend on to deliver a huge punch. Lynda strives for balance in life. Yoglates plays a great part in that.
