Lynda Hiltz

Lynda Hiltz has been practicing Yoglates since 2005. With her extensive background in the teaching of Pilates in both Oklahoma and Louisiana, Lynda brings a unique perspective to her classes. Her commitment to physical fitness has been a lifelong endeavor. She gives her best to her students and hopes they embrace the confidence that comes from a strong healthy body. As an avid runner with multiple half and full marathons in the book, Lynda attributes the practice of Yoglates for keeping her injury free.

As the mother of five and fullā€time IT Professional, she needs a workout that she can depend on to deliver a huge punch. Lynda strives for balance in life. Yoglates plays a great part in that.
