Shannon Hyde has been practicing Yoglates since 2003. Her belief in promoting the best all-over body workout is shared with the students attending her 5:45am classes. Shannon balances life both in and out of the studio. She works as a representative for a biologic pharmaceutical company along with promoting fitness to friends and family. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications & Journalism obtained from Louisiana State University.

Shannon strives to guide her students through weekly routines focusing on improving balance, strength, muscle tone, and flexibility. Her goal as an instructor is to motivate and encourage her students to reach for their personal best fitness levels.
