Susan is co-owner of Yoglates II, and has been a certified Yoglates instructor for over 12 years. Always interested in health and fitness, Susan became hooked on the workout after taking her first class in 2001. Since then, she has more than 4,000 hours practicing and teaching Yoglates.

Susan’s lifelong passion for fitness, health and wellness began in college when she cheered for the LSU Tigers, and expanded into her professional life as a Registered Nurse. Yoglates was natural transition from there.

Susan’s focus is on encouraging and teaching healthy attitudes, behaviors and workouts for clients of all ages – ranging from childhood to seniors. From student and professional athletes, to those just wanting to achieve a full-body workout, Susan prides herself in connecting with each student to safely and effectively help them achieve a healthy body and mind. Yoglates is the tool Susan chooses to help others achieve their goals and hopes members gain confidence and new possibilities in their Yoglates practice, and in life. She knows there is no better way to do that than by investing in a Yoglates practice.

Susan lives a healthy lifestyle both on and off the mat. When she isn’t teaching Yoglates, she can be found spending time with her husband and three daughters.
